Join this webinar to learn more about Capital Impact Partners’ newly launched $12.5 million Diversity in Development – Detroit Loan Fund, which was created in an effort in an effort to expand the pool of available capital for real estate developers of color in the city.
This new financing mechanism supports our commitment to equitable development and inclusive growth in the city and further builds on our Equitable Development Initiative (EDI), a program started to help ensure minority real estate developers in Detroit were able to participate in the city’s revitalization in a way that reflects the city’s diversity.
Interested candidates must be locally based, identify as racial or ethnic minorities, and be working to improve Detroit neighborhoods through multifamily and mixed-use projects (with at least five residential units) in the city of Detroit. Previous graduates of the EDI program will be given preference for financing.
