Fitch Ratings and S&P Global Each Affirm Capital Impact Partners’ ‘A+’ Issuer Ratings and ‘A+’ ratings on its Investment Notes Fitch Ratings and S&P Global have affirmed their A+ ratings with stable outlooks for Capital Impact and its Capital Impact Investment Notes. August 27, 2026 (Arlington, VA) — Capital Impact Partners, certified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions Fund as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), announced today that Fitch Ratings and S&P Global, two of the world’s leading providers of independent credit ratings, have each separately affirmed their A+ ratings with stable outlooks for both Capital Impact and its Capital Impact Investment Notes.
