Integrated Health Care for Vulnerable California Residents

Napa Valley may be known for its beautiful vineyards, but unfortunately it is also home to thousands of uninsured farmworkers and working poor. Access to quality health care in this rural area is limited. With its team-based, integrated model of care, Ole Health serves as a vital lifeline for those most in need.

New Grants to Support California Health Centers

Capital Impact is providing grants ranging from $10K to $50K through our Healthier California Fund to Federally Qualified Health Centers and look-a-likes planning and executing projects that will help provide whole-person care to low-income patients.
